Announcement of New Director Appointment

On November 1, 2023, Koji Nakanishi was appointed Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With this appointment, we will strengthen business execution and our management structure, and push forward toward our mission at the time: “Increase the value of knowledge.”

Joined WOW WORLD Inc. (formerly AZIA) in 2002, handling B2B sales of web marketing products, alliances, and the IPO that led to a listing on TSE Mothers in 2005. Later appointed Senior Managing Director, leading the company to a listing on the TSE First Section (now Prime Market) in 2017. Served as Representative Director of group company Mamachu Inc. from 2021. Joined ShareWis Inc. in June 2023.
